The opportunity

In healthcare, the schedule drives access, cost, and staff satisfaction.

Utilization

Unused capacity

OR blocks, clinic slots, and clinician hours go unfilled while patients wait.

On-time performance

Delays that compound

Late starts, long turnovers, and missed visits ripple across the day and push into overtime.

Staffed vs. actual

Staffing out of step

Teams are built for the schedule on paper, not the schedule that happens.

A practical approach

Understand your operations. Build around your workflow.

Step 1

Understand

We review your supply and demand data, staffing, and scheduling inputs to understand your constraints and identify opportunities to use capacity more effectively.

Step 2

Design

We design a scheduling tool around your teams, resources, and operating rules, so it reflects how your organization actually works.

Step 3

Build & embed

We build the tools and integrate them into your daily workflow, making better schedules easier to create and manage with less manual coordination.

Shared success Most of our fees are tied to the margin improvement we deliver.

The engine behind the work

Built on prediction and optimization.

We combine predictive machine learning models with constraint-optimization software. Models predict case lengths; optimization uses those estimates alongside your staffing, room, and scheduling rules to recommend how people, space, and time fit together.

Our scheduling engine already matches clinicians to patients for a multi-state home health organization. We bring the same approach to hospital and care services, and beyond.

  • Uses your existing scheduling and EHR data
  • Combines predicted case lengths with your operating rules
  • Provides recommendations your team can review and adjust

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Who is this for?

Hospitals, health systems, and home and community care organizations looking to improve scheduling, capacity use, and staffing alignment. We also bring the same approach to organizations outside healthcare with complex scheduling needs.

Does your team stay in control?

Yes. The scheduling engine respects your constraints and produces schedules your team can review and adjust.

Where do we start?

With a 30-minute conversation about your services and where scheduling breaks down. From there, we identify a focused starting point and the scheduling data needed to understand the opportunity.

Let's get to work

Let's look at your schedule.

A first conversation takes 30 minutes. Tell us a little about your services and where scheduling breaks down, and we'll follow up.
